SEARHC Physical Rehabilitation offers patients of all ages high-quality, patient-centered healthcare services, including preventative care and treatment for new and chronic health conditions.

Physical Rehabilitation at SEARHC

Recovering from an illness or injury might require more specialized care after your initial treatment by a doctor. SEARHC offers a full range of inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services to help you recover, improve, or keep skills that aid in your day-to-day functions and allow you to reach your greatest potential. SEARHC Rehabilitation Services are available to all individuals in our community.

Preparing for your appointment

Arrive 15 minutes early to your first appointment

Check in with the front desk upon arrival

Complete new patient paperwork before your appointment begins

Patients attending occupational therapy, massage therapy, or physical therapy should wear casual, loose-fitting clothing

Registration

New patients must complete the New Patient Registration Form or call 907.463.4040 to register before scheduling a first appointment

Existing SEARHC patients, or newly registered patients, can contact a patient registration specialist to schedule their first appointment
