Thank you for your interest in obtaining a verification of affiliation here at Southeast Alaska Regional Health Consortium (SEARHC). For your convenience, all primary source verifications for any SEARHC provider affiliation can be conducted MD-Query | Search Providers.
To begin your request, simply enter your contact information as well as the practitioner’s name and National Provider Identifier (NPI). MD-Query is a service provided by Applied Statistical and Management, Inc. (ASM) and is part of the MD-Staff Credentialing System.
