Victoria Hay earned a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Puget Sound. She later completed a Master of Science in Early Childhood Education and Curriculum, along with a Graduate Certificate in Infant-Toddler Mental Health at Portland State University.
Victoria is a comprehensive occupational therapist with 25 years of experience providing care across the lifespan, from infancy through older adulthood. Her areas of expertise include infant-toddler motor skills and sensory processing evaluations, infant feeding and oral-motor evaluation, and supporting parent-infant and toddler interactions, as well as sensory and emotional regulation. She is also a certified infant massage instructor and has experience with hand therapy practice.
Victoria is inspired by learning people’s stories to better understand what brings them to therapy and values working as a team to help patients achieve their goals. Whether addressing a hand injury that affects daily function or supporting feeding needs in a newborn, she focuses on providing care that meets both immediate and long-term functional needs. She is passionate about occupational therapy’s role in helping individuals return to the activities that matter most to them through evidence-based practice.
Victoria enjoys working with children and adults of all ages, bringing a comprehensive approach to occupational therapy. She is passionate about supporting families in their parenting journey, helping them and their children achieve their goals. Her approach is highly individualized, focusing on understanding and addressing the unique concerns and priorities of each person she works with. Victoria finds great fulfillment in seeing people make the progress they aspire to achieve.
Victoria Hay enjoys spending time with her two children, hiking, co-hosting a radio show on Raven Radio, working on home improvement projects, and connecting with friends and family.
