Your fellow community members! The SEARHC Patient Support Center Coordinators assist patients by scheduling primary care and optometry appointments, registering new patients, and updating insurance and demographic information. They also help patients access their health portal and connect them with their care teams or the appropriate personnel.

SEARHC ’s Patient Experience Representatives are customer service liaisons for SEARHC patients. Any patient’s constructive feedback, compliments and other comments are regularly reviewed by the hospital and clinic administration as well as by department leaders.
