The Patient Support Center provides assistance to our patients Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please reach us by calling or texting 907.463.0400.
To confirm your identity and protect your personal information we will ask for the following information:
- Date of Birth
- Patient Name
- Address
- Phone Number
- Email (for telehealth appointments)
- Insurance Information
- Reason for Calling/Reason for Being Seen
Who is assisting you when you call?
Your fellow community members! The SEARHC Patient Support Center Coordinators assist patients by scheduling primary care and optometry appointments, registering new patients, and updating insurance and demographic information. They also help patients access their health portal and connect them with their care teams or the appropriate personnel. With the support of this team, clinical staff can focus on enhancing and expediting the patient check-in experience, from the moment a patient arrives at one of our facilities.
We are part of your community! We too live in Southeast and love this region for its natural beauty, its incredible cultural heritage and the tightknit family feeling that is uniquely Southeast. Many of us have family members or grew up in the communities our patients live in. You could be talking to someone’s aunt, daughter or nephew. We love helping and giving support to our Southeast Alaska neighbors!

Each location has specific coordinators who are the main contact for that location. Each coordinator provides back-up support for every location to ensure that calls are answered in a timely manner.

- MySEARHC Login | Easily manage your personal health information, appointments, communications and billing all in one place. If you need assistance registering for your MySEARHC access, contact the Patient Support Center.

- MyHealth Login | Effective March 30, 2025, “MyHealth” is your legacy health portal that was replaced by a new and improved health portal, “MySEARHC.” Access MyHealth for your personal health information for visits PRIOR to March 30, 2025. If you need assistance accessing the legacy MyHealth portal, please contact the Patient Support Center.
- Billing & Financial Assistance | For information regarding your bill.
- Purchased & Referred Care (PRC) | For patients traveling outside the SEARHC service area and requiring medical assistance. If you are an Alaska Native or American Indian and meet eligibility, the Purchased & Referred Care team may be able to assist with bills you received.
- Patient Health Benefits | For assistance with Medicare, Medicaid, Veteran’s Benefits, and other enrollments.
- Verbal Release of Information | The Patient Support Center is not able to share any information regarding another patient unless an up-to-date verbal release of information form is on file. Our patients can fill one out at any of our clinic locations or online.
