MySEARHC is a secure, user-friendly platform, available on desktop, tablet or smart phone, designed to enhance your healthcare experience. It provides you secure, 24/7 access to your personal health information. With MySEARHC, you can easily manage your personal health information, appointments, communications and billing all in one place. Our goal is to provide you with greater coordinated care and make managing your health as seamless as possible.

  • Proxy Access: Grant others (e.g., family members, friends) access to coordinate care and stay up to date on health conditions. You control who can access and what information they can view.
  • External Provider Record Sharing: Send your health summary to care providers outside of SEARHC.
  • Learn More: Select the (blue “i” circle) symbol to learn more information about a particular feature (Appointments, Billing, Health Record, Medications, and Results and Reports). In addition, contact information or a hyperlink to the SEARHC website is provided for further assistance.

Frequently Asked Questions

When MySEARHC launches on March 29, 2025, patients will be able to download the MEDITECH MHealth app and select MySEARHC as their health portal. Patient notification letters will be sent as the launch date approaches and more details will be provided.

No. MySEARHC will not be accessible until it is launched on March 29, 2025. Thank you for your patience.

Upon initial login, MySEARHC will provide demographics that are currently on file in a patient’s health record, including but not limited to: name, address, phone numbers, email address, date of birth, race, religion, primary care physician, etc.

No. You will continue to use your MyHealth app to access your historical records. Rest assured, your SEARHC care team will also have access to all your historical health information.

No. You should always be able to access your historical health information in MyHealth.

Your provider will have access to all your historical healthcare information. If you wish to register with MyHealth prior to Mar. 29, 2025, the SEARHC Patient Support Center (907.463.0400) can assist you.

Depending on the child’s age, parents and legal guardians may be able to access the child’s health records. Each patient will have a unique patient profile. Access to that profile can be shared via Proxy Access

Yes! The mobile app experience is designed for simplicity and efficiency at your fingertips, 24/7.

MySEARHC will enable VTC/telehealth appointments. Patients will need to have enrolled in MySEARHC to access their appointments. In the first week following the launch of MySEARHC on Mar. 29, 2025, limited VTC appointments will be scheduled, to provide for patient enrollment and enable a smoother transition.
