MySEARHC is accessible on most web browsers and with the following recommendations:

Yes! The mobile app experience is designed for simplicity and efficiency at your fingertips, 24/7. MySEARHC can be accessed via the MEDITECH MHealth app. This free app is currently available through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store for supported devices – if you are on an unsupported device, you can access your secure, personal health portal through most web browsers.

Device compatibility is subject to change and before downloading the app it is recommended to review the app’s current device compatibility:

• In the App Store, while the MHealth app is selected, scroll down and select “Information” then select on compatibility (e.g., works with iPhone and requires iOS 15.6 or later).
• In the Play Store, while the MHealth app is selected, scroll down to and select “About this app” and view the info section (e.g., Android 12 and up). Alternately, for devices that are linked to your Google Account and that have been active in the last 30 days, review the “Compatibility for your active devices” section.

Upon initial login, MySEARHC will provide demographics that are currently on file in a patient’s health record, including but not limited to: name, address, phone numbers, email address, date of birth, race, religion, primary care physician, etc.

Some facilities and location names have been updated in MySEARHC and may have been renamed or no longer exist. Appointment times are reflected as 12:00 AM for the default. In addition, appointments with non-SEARHC organizations (ex., Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium) will not be listed. No action is required on your part.

If you wish to view your health records, prior to Mar. 29, 2025, please access your historical records in the MyHealth portal or contact a Health Records Technician at 907.463.6630 or release@searhc.org.

Depending on the child’s age, parents and legal guardians may be able to access the child’s health records. Each patient will have a unique patient profile. Access to that profile can be shared via Proxy Access.

While there are plans to integrate Apple Health with MySEARHC, we anticipate that functionality to be made available within a couple months following the Mar. 30 go-live date.

reCAPTCHA is a service from Google that helps protect websites from spam and abuse. A “CAPTCHA” is a turing test to tell human and bots apart. It is easy for humans to solve, but hard for “bots” and other malicious software to figure out.

Note: This doesn’t show every time only when google determines it is necessary to help protect the web page.

Alternatively, try the audio challenge instead of the boxes by selecting the headphones icon. While these can also be difficult, they play an audio file, and you type in what you heard.

MySEARHC enables patients to to securely contact their provider and clinic care team. Messages may be reviewed and responded to by a qualified member of the team who works closely with the patient’s provider to ensure timely responses and updates related to your care. Patients will need to have enrolled in MySEARHC to message their provider. Please access the Messaging with a Provider Quick Reference Guide. You will receive real-time email notification when your care team responds to your message.

Yes. All messages sent by the patient or proxy user will become part of the patient’s medical record.

Sent and received messages are available indefinitely. This is subject to change.

Use the MySEARHC portal to book the appointments in Primary Care (Annual Check-ups, Follow-ups, New Complaints, Well-Child Checkups), Telehealth, and Urgent Care (In-Person).

No. MySEARHC should NOT be used for emergencies or urgent matters. If you have a health-related concern that requires urgent attention, you should seek immediate care at the nearest emergency room or contact 9-1-1.

Call your local SEARHC Pharmacy to discuss. In order to fill prescriptions at SEARHC, you have to be seen by a SEARHC provider, and confirm that the medication is on the SEARHC approved list of medications.

No. MySEARHC should NOT be used to make requests for medication refills or renewals. We appreciate your understanding and regret any inconvenience this causes.

Yes. A proxy user may send a message on behalf of a patient. This message will be visible to both the proxy user and the patient. The message will appear to the provider/care team with both the patient and proxy user’s name as well as the proxy user’s relationship to the patient.

No. You will continue to use your MyHealth app to access your historical records for visits PRIOR to Mar. 30, 2025. Rest assured, your SEARHC care team will also have access to all your historical health information.
