What is Pelvic Floor Therapy?
Pelvic floor physical therapy can help restore coordination, strength and comfort to the muscles that support your bladder, reproductive organs, and rectum. When these muscles are weak or tense, symptoms like pain, pressure, or leakage may occur. A licensed physical therapist can provide education, gentle exercises, and personalized strategies to improve control and support overall pelvic health.
