Behavioral Health
SEARHC offers a wide range of behavioral health services and has psychiatrists and behavioral health therapists on staff. Available behavioral health services vary by site and program. Please contact your local clinic or provider for more information about which of these services they offer.
SEARHC Helpline
The SEARHC Helpline is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to residents of Southeast Alaska. The crisis call center is staffed by a team of masters degree level mental health therapists who will listen and provide effective, compassionate and confidential care.

Our Services
SEARHC offers case management services to individuals and families with diagnosed or undiagnosed behavioral health conditions. Services include: A comprehensive evaluation, family support services, conflict resolution skills, teaching community living, modeling productive behaviors, problem-solving skills building, connecting to services and supports, advocating via community agencies and in-home services.
Also known as Substance Use Disorder (SUD) services, SEARHC provides compassionate, evidence-based treatment and recovery support services, both in-person and virtually, for Southeast Alaskans struggling with substance addiction, including alcohol, opioids, stimulants and more.
SEARHC Individual & Family Therapy Services provides individualized prevention, substance abuse and/or behavioral health counseling services in communities throughout Southeast Alaska.
Our Psychiatrists provide psychiatric assessments and treatment for children and adolescents with psychiatric mood and behavioral disorders, including depression, bipolar, effective dysregulation, anxiety, psychosis, attention deficit hyperactivity disorders and disruptive behaviors, as well as psychopharmacotherapy for all childhood disorders.
SEARHC provides residential treatment for youth ages 12 to 18 on our Raven’s Way Campus in Juneau. Residents receive individual, group and family counseling. They also go through skill-building and educational programming, according to their treatment plans. Services include: An individualized treatment and safety plan upon admission to the program; comprehensive clinical services including integrated behavioral health, individual therapy, group therapy and family therapy, psychiatric assessments and medication management conducted by a psychiatrist; and professional case management services to coordinate medical and educational services as well as aftercare planning.
