If you have attempted to reset your Username or Password for MySEARHC via the sign in page and are unsuccessful, the SEARHC Patient Support Center (907.463.0400) can assist you. Alternatively, please see a Patient Access Representative (PAR) in select SEARHC facilities.

Upon initial login, MySEARHC will provide demographics that are currently on file in a patient’s health record, including but not limited to: name, address, phone numbers, email address, date of birth, race, religion, primary care physician, etc.

Some facilities and location names have been updated in MySEARHC and may have been renamed or no longer exist. Appointment times are reflected as 12:00 AM for the default. In addition, appointments with non-SEARHC organizations (ex., Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium) will not be listed. No action is required on your part.

If you wish to view your health records, prior to Mar. 29, 2025, please access your historical records in the MyHealth portal or contact a Health Records Technician at 907.463.6630 or release@searhc.org.

Depending on the child’s age, parents and legal guardians may be able to access the child’s health records. Each patient will have a unique patient profile. Access to that profile can be shared via Proxy Access.

Yes! The mobile app experience is designed for simplicity and efficiency at your fingertips, 24/7.

While there are plans to integrate Apple Health with MySEARHC, we anticipate that functionality to be made available within a couple months following the Mar. 30 go-live date.

Provider Communications & Messaging

MySEARHC enables patients to message their provider and share related health information files in a secure platform. Patients will need to have enrolled in MySEARHC to message their provider. Should you need additional assistance, please contact the Patient Support Center at 907.463.0400, Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

You will receive real-time email notification when your care team responds to your message.

Yes. All messages sent by the patient or proxy user will become part of the patient’s medical record.

Sent messages will be visible for 30 days. Received messages will be available indefinitely.

MySEARHC enables Virtual Visits/appointments. Patients will need to have enrolled in MySEARHC to access their appointments. Please access the Joining a Virtual Visit Quick Reference Guide. No. MySEARHC should NOT be used for emergencies or urgent matters. If you have a health-related concern that requires urgent attention, you should seek immediate care at the nearest emergency room or contact 9-1-1.

No. MySEARHC should NOT be used to make requests for medication refills that are not prescribed by your SEARHC treating provider.

Yes. A proxy user may send a message on behalf of a patient. This message will be visible to both the proxy user and the patient. The message will appear to the provider/care team with both the patient and proxy user’s name as well as the proxy user’s relationship to the patient.

MyHealth (legacy health portal)

No. You will continue to use your MyHealth app to access your historical records for visits PRIOR to Mar. 30, 2025. Rest assured, your SEARHC care team will also have access to all your historical health information.
