SEARHC clinics will be closed in observance of the Indigenous People’s Day, Monday, Oct. 14. Emergency services are available 24/7 and urgent care services will operate as usual. Regular operating hours will resume on Tuesday, Oct. 15.

Education and Experience
Sheryl Trask, Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), graduated from Daemen University with Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 1989. For her post-graduate studies, Sheryl attended Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions with clinical Doctor of Physical Therapy in Pediatric Science in Provo, Utah. Sheryl has experience providing both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitative services and has worked in home health as well as assisting outpatient orthopedic patients. Sheryl most enjoys working with cher patients to determine and address problems that impact their quality of life.
Personal Interests
Outside of work, Sheryl likes biking, backpacking and walking her dog. When not outside, you can find her spending time with family, enjoying music and making interesting things out of driftwood.
