Education and Experience
Sydney Hughes provides clinical nutrition services with a focus on personalized, realistic lifestyle changes that support long-term health. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in nutrition and dietetics from Syracuse University in 2019 and completed a Master of Science degree in nutritional science at Murray State University in 2020, where she also completed her dietetic internship.
Sydney began working as a clinical dietitian in Juneau in 2020 and later expanded her experience as a travel dietitian, providing care in hospital settings across California, Hawaii, and Florida. She is passionate about personalizing nutrition and helping patients make positive, realistic lifestyle changes to become 1% better over time. She is dedicated to supporting individuals in becoming the happiest and healthiest versions of themselves and believes in food as medicine.
Personal Interests
Outside the clinic, Sydney enjoys biking, traveling, skiing, crafting, following Syracuse basketball, and sharing new recipes with friends.
