Education and Experience
Tesse earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and minor in Athletic coaching from the University of New Mexico (UNM) in Albuquerque as well as her Master in Science with emphasis in Sports Administration from UNM. She then continued her education receiving her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Pacific University in Hillsboro Oregon. Tesse has an interest in sports rehab and return to sport therapy, women’s health including pelvic health and obstetric physical therapy as well as general orthopedic, post-surgical and neuromuscular rehab.
Tesse finds that the most rewarding aspect of her job is getting to meet and help so many diverse and interesting people and getting the opportunity to learn from each of them as they progress through physical therapy.
Personal Interests
Outside of the clinic Tesse enjoys being outside skiing, backpacking, fishing, swimming and rafting as well as living in small rural towns and immersing herself in the community.
