Education and Experience
Leah Jellison, Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), received her Bachelor’s of Science in Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences from Purdue University. Leah then attended the University of S. Alabama to complete her Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology where her focus was with the adult and geriatric population, concentrating on areas of dysphagia, aphasia and voice disorders. Following her studies, Leah focused on working with toddlers and school-age children experiencing articulation disorders, language disorders, autism spectrum disorder, apraxia of speech and children who were deaf or hard of hearing.
Leah enjoys working with patients in conjunction with their caregivers to help improve their communication skills.
Personal Interests
When she’s not working, Leah enjoys traveling, rock climbing, horseback riding and any activity on the water.
