Dr. Foster earned her MD at the University of Washington and Obstetrics Fellowship at Swedish Medical Center in Seattle WA. Prior to joining SEARHC in Sitka, Dr. Foster worked at a variety of Alaska communities as a fill in “Locum Tenens” Physician.
