Program Schedule
Introduction to CRAFT Program
Learn the three major goals of the CRAFT program: (1) help your loved ones reduce substance use, (2) help your loved ones get into treatment and (3) improve your own quality of life.
Dates: 11/16 & 12/14
Communication
When things get stressful our communication often becomes negative. Improving communication and making it more positive can improve relationships, decrease defensiveness and create a calmer environment for communication.
Dates: 11/23 & 12/21
Harm Reduction
The CRAFT program might sound similar to how you’ve tried to help your loved one in the past, but the key difference is in consistency, frequency and timing of our attempts. This session will help you rethink your loved one’s behavior so you can figure out the best times and ways to intervene.
Dates: 11/30 & 12/28
Family Self-Care
Often our own goals and self-care gets pushed to the side when we care for someone struggling with mental health and substance use challenges. During this session, you’ll learn the importance of, and strategies for, improving your quality of life.
Dates: 12/7 & 1/4
