serviceTransitional Care, or swing bed care, bridges the gap between inpatient hospital stays and outpatient recovery. SEARHC provides personalized support for patients who require extra time and/or therapy to heal and regain strength as well as independence before returning home. A patient’s length of stay can vary based on their individual needs.
