Education

Lynn achieved her BSc at the University of British Columbia and earned her MD and CCFP at the University of Calgary. Prior to joining SEARHC, she was a family medicine provider in Calgary, Canada. She also worked as a geriatric program provider and ICU duty doctor at Rockyview General Hospital in Calgary. She has worked in Wrangell as a family medicine provider since 1996.

Lynn says, “I enjoy the support of the larger network of providers and I support the organization’s goal of providing excellent care for the citizens it serves.”

Personal Interests

Lynn is the Wrangell Fire Dept/EMS Medical Director and enjoys working with a fine group of volunteers to continue to provide great prehospital emergency medical care in Wrangell. In her time away from clinic, Lynn has a Search and Rescue dog named “Sage” who she trains to find lost persons. She also enjoys running, and has a passion for half marathons.
