Dr. Joshua Boucher is a highly skilled physician who serves at the Ethel Lund Medical Center. With board certification in Family Medicine, he brings a comprehensive and integrative approach to patient care. Additionally, Dr. Boucher has obtained international certification in the Fascial Distortion Model, allowing him to provide specialized treatment for musculoskeletal conditions. He is also trained in Botox administration for migraines, battlefield acupuncture, medical Spanish interpretation, and Advanced Trauma Life Support.
Dr. Boucher graduated from Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine and has a distinguished background in military service, having served in Fort Gordon, Georgia, and Fort Bliss, Texas. He has a primary focus on helping patients overcome pain through a variety of interventional techniques, integrative and holistic medicine, and non-pharmacologic approaches. His modalities range from hands-on therapies like Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT) and the Fascial Distortion Model (FDM) to acupuncture, ultrasound-guided injection therapy such as prolotherapy, hydro-dissections for nerve entrapments, nerve blocks and Botox injections for migraines.
In addition to providing general primary care, Dr. Boucher offers specialized services including vasectomies, long-acting birth control management, circumcisions and acne management with treatments like Accutane. He finds great satisfaction in partnering with his patients to help them achieve their wellness goals, especially when they experience pain relief and are able to return to activities they enjoy.

Dr. Boucher has received recognition for his contributions to the medical field, including being a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians and serving as the President-Elect of the American Fascial Distortion Model Association. He has also been honored with the Benjamin Spurlock Research Award.
