Chantel Mulligan-Rear is a Community Health Aide dedicated to whole-person care in Gustavus, where she serves patients across the lifespan. She holds certifications including CCMA, AKAEMT, NRAEMT, and is a CPR/BLS instructor.
Chantel is actively pursuing additional education with plans to attend school to become a Physician’s Assistant. She was honored with the 2024 Community Health Aide Rising Star Award for her contributions to care and leadership in the community.

Chantel enjoys horseback riding, family time, hunting, fishing, and caring for her animals. She also volunteers with the Gustavus Volunteer Fire Department and recently founded the Gustavus Food Bank.
