Education and Experience
Sara Settimi, OTR/L, is a highly skilled pediatric occupational therapist with extensive experience supporting children with diverse developmental needs. She earned her BFA from the University of Wisconsin before completing her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy. Sara has worked in a variety of pediatric settings, including Bluebird Day School, Milestones for Kids’ Success, and Birch Forest Children’s Therapy, where she served as lead occupational therapist. She also has experience with adult neurorehabilitation from her time at Horn and Associates.
Her expertise includes autism, ADHD, pelvic floor therapy, developmental vision, picky eating, reflex integration, and upper extremity injuries for children from birth through adolescence. Sara is certified in DIR Floortime and SOS Feeding, and she holds Autism Certification through AOTA.
Sara was drawn to SEARHC by its mission and opportunity to serve in a unique setting—and was inspired by the organization’s commitment to community wellness.

In her free time, Sara enjoys painting, practicing yoga, and hiking with her dog, Napa.
