Nunes, Alice

Education and Experience
Dr. Nunes is graduate of the University of Washington School of Dentistry where she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. She also completed a two-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry degree from Lutheran Medical Center. Alice received her undergraduate degree from Barnard College/Columbia University in New York.
Prior to working at SEARHC as a dentist, Dr. Nunes was a dental assistant for SEARHC and participated in the Rural Under-Served Opportunities Program through the University of Washington.
Personal Interests
Dr. Nunes is interested in all aspects of general dentistry, especially fillings, crowns, oral surgery, and root canals.
Personally, Alice enjoys outdoor activities such as running and hiking. She has participated in more than a handful of marathons, including the Mayor’s Marathon in Anchorage and the Boston Marathon. She even spent a few years as a dog handler and musher in Bethel, Alaska.
