Anna Mattox is a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) who brings her expertise and compassionate care to Juneau Physical Rehabilitation at SEARHC. With a focus on working with infants and young children, Anna is committed to helping her patients achieve their developmental milestones and improve their quality of life. She also holds certifications as an Infant Mental Health Family Specialist and Infant Massage Certified practitioner, further enhancing her ability to support young children and their families.
Anna completed her undergraduate and master’s programs in Occupational Therapy at Eastern Kentucky University. With a solid educational foundation, she embarked on her career, specializing in working with children from birth to three years old. Anna dedicates part of her time to providing outpatient services at SEARHC.
One of the most fulfilling aspects of Anna’s work is establishing a strong connection with her patients and assisting them in achieving therapy goals that seamlessly integrate into their daily routines. By supporting their progress and facilitating skill development, she aims to enhance their overall quality of life, providing them with a more enjoyable and fulfilling existence.
Personal Interests
Outside of her professional endeavors, Anna finds solace and fulfillment in outdoor activities. Immersing herself in nature through ridge hikes, camping or being on a boat brings her immense joy.
