Education and Experience
Dr. Kathy Gilreath earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing and Master of Science in nursing from Armstrong Atlantic State University in Savannah, Georgia. She later completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice at Indiana Wesleyan University.
She is a board-certified adult nurse practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Her clinical expertise includes complementary medicine, lifestyle management, neurology, wound care, and geriatrics, with a particular interest in neurological disorders and headache management. Dr. Gilreath is passionate about empowering and assisting patients in achieving their health goals and living well.
Having practiced in multiple states—including Georgia, New York, and Indiana—she is excited to now serve the community in Alaska.
Personal Interests
Outside of work, Dr. Gilreath enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with her husband and five children.
