Education and Experience
Grace Billok earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics and Applied Nutrition from Johnson & Wales University Providence in 2022. She graduated with a Master of Science in Nutritional Science from Boston University in 2025 where she also completed her Dietetic Internship.
Grace specializes in weight management and eating disorders. She is dedicated to seeing people become the happiest and healthiest versions of themselves, and it’s what inspires and motivates her in her career. She is passionate about Health at Every Size and Intuitive Eating. We all have different relationships with food and our bodies; her goal is to work with you to help nurture and cultivate them into something that brings joy to life.
Personal Interests
Grace enjoys reading, singing, hiking and snuggling with her 2 cats. She is an avid Jeopardy fan and loves doing trivia. Exploring Southeast Alaska is a whirlwind that she will never get tired of!
