SEARHC ’s Patient Experience Representatives are customer service liaisons for SEARHC patients. Customer experience feedback, compliments and other patient comments are regularly reviewed by the hospital and clinic administration, and by department managers. A summary of responses is provided to the SEARHC Accreditation Governing Body.
