Our Patient Experience Representatives

Your comments are important to us, and SEARHC’s Patient Experience Representatives are here to address your questions and concerns.  To contact a Patient Experience Representative, please call 907.966.8422 or contact the representative in your community directly at the phone number listed below. You can also send an email to patientfeedback@searhc.org. Emails will be answered during business hours Monday–Friday.

SEARHC ’s Patient Experience Representatives are customer service liaisons for SEARHC patients. Customer experience feedback, compliments  and other patient comments are regularly reviewed by the hospital and clinic administration, and by department managers. A summary of responses is provided to the SEARHC Accreditation Governing Body.
