Biography

Caroline finds that the most rewarding aspect of working in the behavioral health field is gaining the trust of her clients. “Trust is essential for any relationship and a key element in providing quality counseling. Trust can be broken or lost so easily, so being cognizant of this is necessary. If those we work with do not trust us, then progress will not happen,” said Atterberry.

Outside of work Caroline enjoys reading and listening to music. She also has a hand with quilting, knitting and cross-stitching. Caroline finds joy in attending concerts and live music, as well as visiting museums and cultural exhibits. As traveling is a passion of hers, Caroline hopes to visit more places on her bucket list in the future.
