George “Craig” Manning earned his Master of Science in Counseling Psychology at Alaska Pacific University in Anchorage and his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Southern Utah University in Cedar City. Before joining SEARHC, he worked as a Staff Psychologist for the North Carolina Department of Corrections and as a Mental Health Manager at the University of Texas Medical Branch. Craig is the Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor for SEARHC on Prince of Wales Island.
“Coming to work for SEARHC has been a breath of fresh air. Having spent much of my career in corrections, it is really nice to get back to community mental health. I have found SEARHC to be nothing but accommodating and generous. I have really been treated well and I feel like I belong” Craig commented.

Craig’s special career interests are chemical dependency and addictions.
Outside the office he is a home-body at heart. Spending time with family is Craig’s number one priority. He also enjoys the outdoors, and camping as well as attempting to learn the art of fishing, hunting and gathering.
