Sydney Hughes provides clinical nutrition services with a focus on personalized, realistic lifestyle changes that support long-term health. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in nutrition and dietetics from Syracuse University in 2019 and completed a Master of Science degree in nutritional science at Murray State University in 2020, where she also completed her dietetic internship. Sydney began working as a clinical dietitian in Juneau in 2020 and later expanded her experience as a travel dietitian, providing care in hospital settings across California, Hawaii, and Florida. She is passionate about personalizing nutrition and helping patients make positive, realistic lifestyle changes to become 1% better over time. She is dedicated to supporting individuals in becoming the happiest and healthiest versions of themselves and believes in food as medicine.
