Dr. Ngoc Pham is a dedicated and experienced physician specializing in Family Medicine with Surgical Obstetrics and Addiction Medicine. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Bates College and pursued her passion for providing full-spectrum care by completing fellowships in surgical obstetrics and addiction medicine after her family medicine residency.
Dr. Pham has extensive experience working with underserved populations, particularly pregnant patients with substance use disorders. Her career includes serving as faculty at a Family Medicine
Residency: program in Seattle, where she taught full-spectrum family medicine, addiction medicine and cesarean sections. She has also provided inpatient, emergency and surgical obstetric care in a small town in Alaska, gaining valuable experience in rural healthcare.
Dr. Pham was drawn to SEARHC by the opportunity to work with the Alaska Native community and to continue delivering full-spectrum care. She values the strong sense of community in Southeast Alaska and is excited to contribute her expertise to the region.
