The program starts on February 1. Every week you’ll make a personal health goal based on your overall heart healthy habit you’re trying to achieve. Each Wednesday you’ll receive an email from our team with instructions to submit your goal completion rate.
Each time you submit you’ll be entered into the weekly prize drawing! We’ve got a great lineup of prizes and if you stay on track to finish off the month, the better your chances are to win big! If you log all four weeks, you’ll be entered into a grand prize drawing.
You can also use your own way of tracking the completion of your daily goals (the paper trackers do not need to be submitted; this is just a resource for you to track your goals).
