SEARHC ’s Patient Experience Representatives are customer service liaisons for SEARHC patients. Any patient’s constructive feedback, compliments and other comments are regularly reviewed by the hospital and clinic administration as well as by department leaders.

DNV is the organization that accredits SEARHC’s two Critical Access Hospitals and all outpatient clinics which strive to provide exceptional healthcare while demonstrating accountability and excellence. If you feel your concern about patient safety or quality of care has not been adequately addressed, DNV provides five channels for submitting a hospital complaint.
DNV will notify us of your concern, and we will respond directly to DNV regarding any required follow-up activities.
