We are an affiliate of the Parents as Teachers (PAT) program – an evidence-based early childhood home-visiting model designed to support parents from pregnancy through their child’s entry into kindergarten. Its core purpose is to help parents become their child’s first and most influential teachers.
Helps to ensure children are healthy, safe, and ready to learn.

Trained Parent Educators make regular home visits (virtual or in-person) from prenatal stages up to kindergarten.
Visits typically last about an hour and may occur biweekly or monthly depending on family needs.

Helps prevent child abuse and neglect by promoting nurturing relationships and providing resources.
Offers group connection events where parents build social support, share experiences, and learn together.
Connects families to local resources such as early intervention, mental health services, housing, public assistance programs, local tribal programs, and more.
