Welcome to the Tai Chi for Diabetes Management program! We are excited to partner with certified instructor Kathy Washburn on an 8 week Tai Chi Series this Fall. Kathy will guide you through gentle physical activity and stress reduction techniques to help stabilize blood glucose levels and manage diabetes.
We will meet on Zoom every Monday and Friday from 3 – 4 p.m. from September 12th through November 4th. Get moving with SEARHC!
