POW Healthy Lifestyle Sessions

SEARHC is proud to offer Healthy Lifestyle Sessions in POW! Lose 7% of body weight through healthy eating and exercising 150 minutes/week. The small group setting and evidence-based activities help support life-long changes.

All 14 sessions are FREE. The program is offered through SEARHC Health Promotion. Sessions are open to all community members.
