Summer gained her skills through the Dental Health Aide Therapy program. She completed her training in Anchorage, the YK Delta and BBAHC.
Summer says, “Being able to provide preventative and restorative needs to my home community is such a fulfilling role. Being back in a smaller community means that I know many more of my patients and I’m devoted to ensuring that each patient knows that I care about them both in and out of the chair.”
Personal Interests
Summer has a medical interest in minimally invasive dentistry and pediatric dentistry. She has two girls who bring such joy to her life. Together they spend most of their time outside enjoying the abundance of hiking and boating opportunities that Haines has to offer.
