Martina A. Miller, DPT
Education and Experience
Martina graduated from University of Oregon, Robert D Clark Honors College in Eugene with her Bachelor of Science degree. Before arriving at SEARHC she earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Michigan in Flint.
When asked about joining SEARHC, Martina said “It is so wonderful to be able to return to my hometown and give back to the community by providing services to underserved populations. I firmly believe that healthcare should be affordable and accessible to all and I love that SEARHC embraces this concept as well.”
Martina’s professional interests include everything related to physical therapy. Although she is especially interested in physical therapy for recovery from: vestibular dysfunctions; spinal cord injuries (SCI); traumatic brain injuries (TBI); and cerebrovascular accidents (CVA) or strokes.
After work her favorite activities are trail running, kayaking, hiking, and baking. She also likes to volunteer with running clubs including the JDHS cross country and track teams as well as Girls on the Run.
