Juneau – SEARHC is extremely pleased with the unanimous passage of S.550, the SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium Land Transfer Act of 2021. Thanks to the leadership and support of Senator Murkowski, Senator Sullivan and Congressman Young, SEARHC can continue advancing healthcare in the region and transform the nation’s oldest Native hospital into a 21st Century medical facility equipped to meet the needs of Southeast residents and visitors.
