Education and Experience
Eva Maloney brings a wealth of experience and a passion for empowering individuals to recognize their strengths and achieve their goals. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Maryland University College and a Master of Science in Social Psychology and Counseling from Ball State University.
For more than a decade, Eva has had the pleasure of working with adults and groups in community-based and outpatient settings. Her experience includes serving as an Emergency Response Clinician, providing crisis intervention services for individuals experiencing behavioral health emergencies. She also spent 10 years at Edison Community College as an Adjunct Professor and Academic Advisor, where she developed and delivered learning curricula in both traditional and online formats and provided academic, career and disability advising. Additionally, Eva has worked as a Wellness Educator and health coach, further showcasing her commitment to helping others achieve holistic well-being. Eva started in her role at SEARHC in Oct. 2024, drawn by its alignment with her professional goals and values.
Personal Interests
Outside of work, Eva enjoys exploring the outdoors through hiking, camping and kayaking. She is also passionate about creating art and pottery, reading and traveling to discover new places and cultures.
