SEARHC Foot Care Services provide professional, preventive foot care for patients of all ages. Our Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRN) offer services in a clinic setting and, when appropriate, through on-site visits to their home, long-term care facilities, and nursing facilities.

Our qualified care team supports mobility, comfort, and quality of life through skilled foot care delivery.

Why Foot Care Matters

Healthy feet are essential to mobility, balance, and quality of life. Regular foot care is an important part of preventive and ongoing health care for many individuals.

Routine foot care can help:

Maintain mobility and independence

Reduce the risk of falls

Prevent infections, ulcers, and skin breakdown

Support chronic conditions such as diabetes and vascular disease

Improve comfort, function, and daily activity

Reduce avoidable urgent care and hospital visits

SEARHC Foot Care Services

Our Foot Care Services are available to all community members and are designed to meet patients where they are — both medically and in their community to keep care closer to home.

What Is a Foot Care Nurse?

  • Foot Care Nurses are specially trained, advanced practice clinicians who assess, treat, and help prevent foot and lower-extremity conditions. They play an important role in preventive care, early identification of concerns, and routine foot maintenance to support patients' quality of life.

  • Foot Care Nurses work collaboratively with patients, caregivers, and the broader healthcare team to support safe, effective, and coordinated care.
