X-ray is a fast, painless, non-invasive imaging tool that uses low-dose radiation to create images of the inside of the body.
It is commonly used to evaluate bones, joints and soft tissues to detect fractures, arthritis, infections and other abnormalities.
Digital radiography systems produce high-resolution images quickly, supporting faster diagnoses and care coordination.
X-ray is often the first step in assessing injuries, chest conditions or persistent pain.
Detect fractures and dislocations
Evaluate infections such as pneumonia
Assess joint and spine conditions
Identify tumors or abnormal growths
Monitor the progression of certain diseases

Referring a patient? You have options.
SEARHC is pleased to partner with independent physicians in providing diagnostics imaging services to their patients. The SEARHC Imaging Order Guide is designed to help physicians prescribe and order the patient tests and includes indications and recommendations to consider as well as CPT codes.

Hand carried orders can be given to their PCP or Imaging team; the ordering provider will need to be credentialled by the MSO and have access before we can enter the order in the system and perform the exam.
