Megan Godsey, PT, DPT, is a dedicated Physical Therapist specializing in outpatient orthopedic care with a focus on women’s health and hypermobility disorders. She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Sports and Health Science with a concentration in Exercise Science from American Military University, followed by her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Arcadia University.
Megan’s journey into physical therapy began during her active-duty service in the U.S. Coast Guard, which first brought her to Sitka in 2005. She joined SEARHC as a Rehabilitation Aide in 2020, a role she maintained throughout her physical therapy studies. After graduating in October 2023, Megan transitioned to her current role as a Physical Therapist, bringing her passion for patient-centered care and her specialized knowledge to the SEARHC community.
Megan credits her peers and mentors at SEARHC for inspiring her with their unwavering commitment to knowledge, mentorship and exceptional community care. She values the opportunity to contribute to the health and well-being of the Sitka community.
