SEARHC Celebrates the Return of ROAR 2022 Women’s Conference

JUNEAU, Alaska – Save the date this Mother’s Day weekend, because for the first time in over a year SEARHC will be hosting the ROAR Women’s Conference at Centennial Hall. This community event promises to inspire, uplift and empower every woman who attends to realize their full potential to thrive in every area of their lives!

Friday, May 6, 6:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Enjoy a relaxed evening to check-in with soft live music in the background. Meet and greet friends, colleagues and others in attendance. Enjoy appetizers, drinks, local vendors and first-come, first-served 10-minute massages. Meet us in the main hall beginning at 7:45 p.m. for door prizes and in preparation for the virtual comedy show at 8:00 p.m. Laughter is medicine for the soul! Enjoy your evening!

Saturday, May 7, 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

The conference begins with vocalist Alyssa Fischer from Kasaan. Scheduled speakers include Val Davidson, ANTHC President/CEO; Dr. Tamika Ledbetter, Commissioner, Alaska Department of Labor and Workforce Development; Annette Bennett, SEARHC Board of Directors and WAVE Executive Director; Andrea Gerry, SEARHC Northern Region Program Manager; and Sherry Patterson, SEARHC Director of Patient Experience.

Door prizes include two 25,000 Alaska Airlines mileage tickets, gift certificates from local nail salons and more. It’s been a long two years, ladies. Come spend Mother’s Day weekend with us.
