Well Balanced Senior Classes

SEARHC’s free 8-week Well-Balanced Program helps seniors 60 years and older remain active for as long as possible. The program runs September 11th – November 1st on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:00pm – 1:00pm at the Hames Center.

Well-Balanced Coaches use exercise, education and social interaction to help participants

  • Learn how to prevent falls
  • Engage in social activity
  •  Increase exercise level
