Join us for a seasonal sweat lodge to celebrate the Winter Solstice. A traditional sweat is intended to be spiritual ceremony for prayer and healing. The ceremony is led by elders who know the songs, traditions and safety protocols.
The event could last up to 4 hours, including a gathering with light snacks (feel free to bring food to share). Sweat lodge participation is free. An RSVP is required due to limited space.

- The sweat Lodge is just past the SEARHC fitness Center, down the hill toward the beach.
