Celeste is currently a member of the Alaska Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Board, She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Harding University in Searcy, and a Master of Occupational Therapy from the University of Washington School of Medicine. Before joining SEARHC, Celeste traveled most of the state as an occupational therapist working in hospitals, outpatient clinics, village schools, and homes.
