Located at the Haa Toowóo Náakw Hít clinic in Sitka, SEARHC Behavioral Health Program Manager Dr. Theresa Shelley is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who has worked with and within tribal communities for over 10 years. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), Dr. Shelley has specialized in trauma and substance dependency treatment for 15 years.
These experiences have provided a unique understanding of generational and historical trauma, and how to strive to be an ally within tribal communities.
