Education and Experience
Buck earned his Medical Doctorate degree from the Ohio State University College of Medicine and Public Health. He completed his Family Medicine Residency Program at Mayo Clinic School of Graduate Medical Education. Buck also attended Carroll College in Helena MT. where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Biology and a Minor in Mathematics.
Prior to joining SEARHC, Buck worked for the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN as well as the Mayo Clinic Health System in Austin, MN.
Buck says, “I’m looking forward to providing state of the art care to our patients in rural areas.”
Awards and Honors
Buck is a Bronze Quality Fellow through the Mayo Clinic Quality Academy and was an Instructor of Family Medicine at the Mayo Clinic School of Graduate Medical Education.
Buck has a medical interest in medically-complex pregnancies and in his free time he does Aikido, plays board games, and enjoys learning new things.
