Mountainside Urgent Care Relocating to Mountainside Family Clinic

SITKA – The SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium (SEARHC) has announced that Mountainside Urgent Care will be moving to the Mountainside Family Clinic at 209 Moller Avenue on Monday, June 1.  Urgent Care services will be available seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. with no appointments necessary to see a provider.

“Incorporating Urgent Care services within the existing Mountainside Family Clinic will improve continuity of care for all patients,” said SEARHC Vice President of Clinics Eric Gettis.  “Shared facilities will provide enhanced imaging and laboratory options for Urgent Care patients seven days a week.”

Urgent Care services provide patients fast, effective medical treatment for non-emergent health conditions including minor injuries, acute illness, infections, and more.  Primary Care services remain available at Mountainside Family Clinic to provide patients of all ages with preventative care, physical examinations, and treatment of chronic conditions.  Patients exhibiting emergent conditions should visit MEMC.
