It is common for people to be unsure of what the Medicare options are, the coverage they need, and when they will begin receiving Social Security benefits. Cynthia Gibson, a Financial Advisor with Waddell and Reed and Susan Briles, a Certified Medicare Specialist with the Outreach & Enrollment team at SEARHC will speak within their areas of expertise about Medicare options, making the most of Social Security benefits, and avoiding the pitfalls and penalties that may surprise some.
SEARHC’s Susan Briles said, “Medicare and Social Security Retirement can be confusing for people as they near their 65th birthday. There are many choices to navigate within both programs; it is important to make the best decision for your future. Cynthia and I are going to provide the information needed to help guide people through this complicated time.”
Refreshments will be available during the break, and both experts will be available for questions following their presentations.
